Light Trouble...HELP!!!!

Help me someone. I've got a 2000 model F250 that has headlights, but no running/parking lights. Also, the interior dash lights don't work either. So it makes it a pain to operate the truck when it's dark. My company is going to red flag the truck for use in day light hours only and with us in our winter hours that means the truck will only be in use for about 7 hours.
If any one can help me with this lamp/light problem I'd really appreciate it.
OH yea, I have pulled every fuse from the INSIDE fuse panel and they are all good. So what's up.

get a test light and see if they're getting power at the sockets

and I'm not sure the parking lights are on a fuse INSIDE the cab... but I kant recall kerektly
