Spray on bedliner

Ok i live down the street (if you travel about 30 min from my house) from Truck Toyz and their prices are crazy but i do admit i like some of the trucks they build. How much would a Line-X bedliner normally cost for a short bed F-250 LD plus is it safe to use Line-X for under the truck, i really hate the rusty color of everything and i would like something unnoticable, like an all black frame.

About $600 for a bedliner....as far as the frame.....powerwash it real good and take some black spraypaint, preferebly rust-oleum and get to painting. I did it and wow is it a big difference. Been a year and still black after countless mudd outings and i have washed it a million times as well.

that is what i was thinking about doing, the rear axle is an eyesore and the frame is sticking out since my dad put smaller tires for work and i have not been able to get ahold of some larger tires to fill in the gap

Around here a spray in liner for a LB is around $450, unless it has gone up in the last year. I have used some herculiner on my step bars and my previous grille guard and it worked great down there getting rocks thrown at it, only thing is you need some paint to stick the stuff to. The rust preventative stuff on the undercarriage probably wouldn't hold it on very well. You'd be better off hitting it with rustoleum IMO. I used some rustoleum rust primer and then black paint on my front frame horns before I mounted my Road Armor bumper and it has held up now for 8 months just fine. If I had a lift I'd do the whole undercarriage in it. I used the brush on Rustoleum BTW.

I think I have a pic somewhere:

I just took a wire brush to the frame and then cleaned it good.

yeah i might just buy the rustoleum and hit the whole undercarraige with black, better then spending $300 for Line-X under there, and the bedliner price Truck Toyz gave me was $450 for the Line-X Xtra. But they do not do it, they send it to a Line-X dealer that does it, so there is one closer to me that does the same thing so i will go ask them for a price.
