I have one and I love it. I wouldn't trade it for all the tea in China (mostly 'cuz I hate tea). 'nuf said.
This is what GDS says about the high-flow outlet that I opted for since I had no use for the EBPV:
"THIS HIGH FLOW CASTING, SHOWN BELOW ON THE LEFT SIDE OF EACH PHOTO COMPARED TO A STOCK CASTING (ON THE RIGHT IN EACH PHOTO) WILL REPLACE THE TURBO'S E.B.P. VALVE EXHAUST OUTLET FOR THE ULTIMATE COMPLIMENT TO THE BALL BUSTER TURBO KIT. IT WILL BOTH LOWER EXHAUST TEMPS AND INCREASE EXHAUST FLOW AND CAN BE USED WITH A STOCK OR UPGRADED EXHAUST SYSTEM!"
So it sounds to me like you can use your stock outlet flange (EBPV) on the outlet of the Ball-Buster. The pictures show a stock outlet next to theirs and the bolt pattern is exaclty the same.
