Hello All...

Hi, my name is Alex and I am looking at buying a 1960 F100 Custom Cab. I have a chance to get one for short money but don't know what to look for and/or steer clear of when it comes to this vehicle. The truck's exterior is in decent shape, its got what seems to be the original 223 six w/ 4 on the floor (62K plus on the odometer - sure its 162K plus) and is rumored to have a problem with the steering. I have a personal vehicle for weekends and trips but wanted something to polish up and use for a work truck. I operate a small scale painting co. and think this would be an ideal vehicle.

Thoughts, questions, comments.. any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Would also like to hear what you think it might be worth and what I might expect cost wise to get it road worthy and maintain on a yearly basis.

I can post picks in a few days if that would help...

ranger

i have a 88 ranger 4x4 .it has the push button 4wheel drive and it does not work,is it the t-case or? thanks
