exshaust flutter

after removing the muffler got a good sound but has a little flutter any ideas

lmao..will not flutter that way ....the flutter is your turbo wheel spinning in the turbo...it will turn to a whistle at higher RPM's

Yes, all traces of flutter go away when the pedal is down.
