If you search kingpins there are some threads with that size, I don't remember it off hand. I replaced mine and it really isn't a big deal. Hardest part is getting the old ones out, I used a torch to heat it up and snapped the top off to drive them down and out.
I have a press so getting them out should not be a problem unless they are roached. I would think reaming them would me tricky. How long of a reamer is required?

By far the smart move here is to buy a factory Ford reamer off eBay, and re-sell it after you're done. Many machine shops are using hones to do the job, success depends completely on the skill of the machinist.
I had a tough time finding a reamer when I did them on my f-1 so I made one
I modified an old kingpin that was in decent shape to work as a reamer.... I ground the end of it down just a little to taper it except for one one part where I cut an edge on it on an angle. I then welded a rod on the the other end to fit in my drill... once I pressed the new bushings in with a c-clamp i used my homade reamer to shave them to the right size.
I have put 10,000 miles on them so far and they are still nice and tight... PA mountain roads aren't kind to steering and suspension componentes either!!!
