My name is Bill, and I'm getting ready to replace the motor in my Father In Law's 99 Ranger. It has >200K miles and the engine just died.... I'll end up tearing it down, but am replacing it this weekend with a motor from the Junkyard.
I'm looking for a "how to" list on pulling the motor... want to make sure I have everything done corectly before I yank it out...
Posting in the engine swap forum was a good place to put it. You also can try the Ranger forum if you need more help. Your state chapter is a great place to get local information: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum124/
