Under the decorative cover on the engine. It has a flip up door but It's better to remove it. You will see a 4-5 inch round cover that unscrews. Open the yellow lever on it to drain the fuel. Put a container under the front of the engine to catch it. Look at the bottom of the housing for dirt, corrosion ect. The fuel heater is in there too, it's a piece of wire that is connected in 3 places with solder...wiggle it. If it's loose or broken you can unplug it. It's a squarish looking connector is on the driver-side of the housing.

you unscrew it with a 1/2 rachet or a flat screwdriver turn it slowly though it might be on there very very tight its a round plastic cover that looks like it belongs on a gas job right in the center of the engine
