6.0L Problems Fixed?
I am looking to get a late model 6.0L now either 2005/06/07. I remember when the 6.0L was released it was blowing turbos and injectors left and right. Have these problems been fixed or are they still expected with the 6.0L?
Also if I was to buy a used truck and there guys that work at the Ford dealer on here that can pull a VIN history for me?

Ask the Ford Dealer for an "Oasis Report" on the truck. This will show all warranty work done to the vehicle.
'06 6.0 PSD engines were better than '04 PSD engines. Some still had problems but incidents were fewer. An Oasis report will uncover a lemon. If the dealer will not do this for you, ask here, someone will usually do it for you.

What determines if it is a lemon? That kinda scares me that there enough problems with the 6.0 for it to be considered a lemon. Coming from a 5.9l Cummins the only problems were the occasional injector failure, which never happened to me just read about it on forums like this.

Frequent warranty engine work will indicate a lemon. It happens with any engine, diesel or gas, including the Cummins.
If you need help evaluating the Oasis, post the report and the members here will let you know if the truck looks OK or not.
