Well today I parked my truck by the Melville street Petro Pass where I was working today, and at around 4pm a guy getting gas questionned about my truck to a co-worker so then he got me and he is interested in my 1969. As it stands right now the guy interested took my name and number and said he'll think about it over the weekend, but he seemed happy with the price I gave him a thousand dollars.
Just wonderin what your thoughts would be if it turns out he will buy it should I sell the old girl, been a good truck but at a thousand dollars I'd be dobling my inputs.....
It has been a very reliable truck, but it has qwerks.
just so you know i never really liked your 69 but i voted to sell it because you have a 53 i know u'd be dying to get moving or one of your other old fords
I`m with Sherm on this one.
I`m just slightly thinking of selling my red 69 F100 along with all the 69 parts trucks but it wouldn`t be at that small a price.
There is one in the Saskatoon StarPhoenix, orginal family owners since new @ $6,500, 382-5286.
On edit: Looks like I caused a tie.....
I have a hard time parting with anything so I voted no. If you go on usedregina.com there is a nice 69 with a 390 for sale for $3000. Looks to be in decent shape.
Yes but while I`m all ears it maybe too much of a loss for me with 2 of `em hitting the road at the same time. This would make too much sense for me to do any way!
Some how I really hate parting with my vehicles as I get too attached to `em.
