Headlights getting 6V
Headlights on high beam setting get 12V to one side of the connector; 0V to the other. On low beam I get 6V to the other side of the connector. A candle in the wind might put out more light. It appears that 12V to one side is low beam, and that 12V to both sides will light up both filaments in the bulb for high beam. Is this correct?
The previous owner probably messed with something, but nothing jumps out at me after half an hour of trying to figure it out. If anyone here can point me in a direction I'm not looking yet, I'd sure appreciate it.
Oh, and the high beam indicator on the dash is always on.
