Carburetor replacement

I just bought a 77 F250 with a 460 and c6 and the carb is bad. I know I could rebuild it, but frankly I'd rather throw a 2gc rochester on it. I've had a lot of these and can rebuild them blindfolded (I rebuilt one this summer on the boat while on the water, being bounced all over the place).

Is this enough carb? If not, what else will easily slap on?

No, not big enough. The 600 CFM on there is the right size and the smaller primary venturies help with the gas mileage number. I swapped to a Holley List 1850 600 CFM carb without all the emmissions crap and picked up several mpg.

1984 F250 and it was a direct bolt on, however the '84 had the 4180 Holley emissions carb to start with. I also recurved the distributer and blocked the EGR and got rid of all but the vacuum advance and the trans feed in the way of small vacuum hoses. If I keep it below 58 mph I can get 10 mpg now.
