Found an old 60`s F800 tow truck.

It north of PA but the price could be right at around $200.
It`s been sitting at the back of the farmer`s yard for a few years with small trees growing up around it.
Looks a bit rusty but the price of the PTO winch alone possibly would make it worth while and it looks like it has factory towing equipment.

That guy called me when I had a add in the Producer, it used to be a working truck fairly recently but P/O lost his shirt and sold the motor. He also has many Dodge and Cornbinders too.

I think this is a different one, it`s complete but I don`t think it has run for the last 5-6 years if not more. Appearently it came from Manitoba on a flat bed before being parked at this farm.
The strange part is that it has hydralic brakes, not air.

I guess it wouldn`t be hard with a tow bar behind the L8000, we`ll have to see what thoughts come up this coming spring.

interesting find, i would think that the farm needs another truck soon, its been a while since a new addition has come with you working on the road.

Let us know if you get it or not Fom. That would make a cool farm truck!

That could make a cool farm truck but not at 2-4 miles to the gallon, it`s a big heavy old brute. Even the deck and winch is too big for much.
It would just be another in the long line of toys around here.......

That would be cool except for the new price of fuel, around here I think it`s maybe up to $1.069?...

Nope, the gasoline prices aren`t rigged at all, it just seems that way for some silly reason!
