I just had the 2" "leveling" kit installed on my 05 F250 diesel, and was wondering if it voids the warranty? I was told I does not.
Bacially it is a front coil spring spacer, with a 3" block under the rear leafsprings. It raised the truck nicley and gives it a better look and feel. I threw on 33" Nitto terra graplers on the existing stock rims.
the other problem is that it lifted the truck enough to change the angle of the rear drive shaft, where I was getting a nasty vibration only for a second or two and only when starting from a stopped position. So i bought the spacer kit to lower the shaft back to the right angle. I eyeballed it but I think it needs to come down a bit farther than the kit gives me spacers for, or long enough replacement bolts.
What can I do, I still sense a VERY VERY slight vibration almost non existant cept to me! and I dont want to cause any u joint or trans issues....
Also is there any bad issues with this type of lift?
Thanks for the reply Ted. There was DEF a shaft vibration, although I eliminated 99.9% of it, Im just concered with that last .1%. And the Nittos arent aggressive at all to make a vibration.
