Owon oscilloscope

I've been considering an Owon PDS5022 scope

Anybody know anything about them?

They're apparently a part of Lilliput, a large supplier of LCD displays for automotive use.

I'd love to go American, but it's not in the cards. If this thing is made at all well, it's amazing. The price is under $400. I couldn't touch that with a Tektronix. I think something similar would be at least $1600.

I'd previouslty been considering a lower end Picoscope, which was around the same price. But, it can't touch these specs. And it's made in England, so I'm not doing the USA dance there either.

The Picos are supposed to be fairly well made, but as noted, their price/performance just doesn't match.

I'm concerned about the Owon's quality. Lilliput is apparently a big deal in displays, but I've never heard of Owon.

Any input will be appreciated.
