1990 Bronco engine management system

Hi,
I have a 1990 ford bronco with a 302. Can anyone tell me what engine management system it has. Is it speed density or mass air or other? Would the camshaft be flat tappet or roller? If I change the camshaft will the computer allow the engine to idle and run properly?

If anyone has any suggested upgrades for someone on a budget I'm open to that too.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Arnie

I would say speed density and flat tappet.
I do not answer anything but stock questions so no comment on the last question.

A cam with at least 114 degrees lobe seperation angle and under 220 degrees duration at 50 thousands of an inch will produce sufficient vacuum to allow the computer to keep up and control the engine properly. The Comp Cams 31-255-5 is such a cam.

If your truck is mass air then yes it will work.
