active codes and pending codes

Two weeks ago had a service engine light. Code PO304. So I change the coil pack and plug on #4 cylinder, truck ran great after that. Code went away. Now the service light is back on. 4 active codes PO354,PO355,PO356,PO358.

Pending codes PO 351,PO352,PO353, PO357
Truck has 85,000 on it.

It shuts down at highway speeds or town driving. Shutters,Misses,shakes, and pops. Pretty much like crap

Since all your cyclinders have either a pending or active code and the vehicle runs like crap, I would think the only thing in common would be the PCM. Shade tree troubleshooting would say to check your wiring between the COP's and the PCM. Beyond that, you will need Scooby Doo and the gang to solve this mystery. Sorry for no help.

I would suggest replacing all the coils. My 03 did the same tinga dn actually shut down to 4 cylinders a few times due to voltage spikes or something getting back to the PCM and shutting it down.
