rebuilding my inline 6?

Im rebuilding my 300ci 4.9l and i was wondering what i can add/upgrade to it while its being rebuilt to increase torque?

yeah good ? i got mine torn apart already and still aint figuered it out although i am ordinin around $2000 dolllars worth of stuff including a cam ignition module and numerous other things

well the only thing you really can do without messing with the computer would be a mild cam kit. you can get them from comp cams, crane cams, summit, and other sponsers on this site. i have a mild cam that i got from comp cams that i never installed and it came with hydraulic lifters too. got it for about $200 but im trying to get rid of it because i don't need it. the other thing you could do would put some headers on it BUT the down side of that is that there is no hole for the EGR tube to connect too. but that can be easily fixed my making your own connection. other then that you can't really do to much without changing your computer(or reprograming it). you could also get a port and polish job on the head too.

I think the 6cyl already has plenty of torque, it needs top end maybe a cam to get power above 3000 RPM.
