oil in valley

Any ideas would be appreciated. I have a bone stock 99 psd. oil is pooling on top of the engine, there is oil in front and rear part of valley. The dealer changed the o rings on the hpop about 6 months ago and that fixed the problem. So when the oil started pooling again, I assumed it was the turbo and pedestal o rings, so I changed them myself. Still the problem exists. Also there is a smell of oil on hard acceleration or when towing my 5ver, which was the case before the dealer changed the o rings on the hpop. Is there anything else that would cause these problems? or could it be the hpop o rings again because it is doing the exact same thing as before. Any input or help would be greatly appreciated.

it could be many things..best thing to do is.. clean the valley out with simple green..start it up and look for a leak..after you know where the leak starts (be it right or left side or front to back side) we can better tell you what it could be...is a lot of oil all at once ??
