Turbo?
I went to our local dragstrip today for the diesel drag day. Good news I got down to 6 trucks out of 53. Bad news I think my SECOND stock turbo is about to blow aout agian, this stock turbo was just put in about 4-5 months ago.I have always had problems with stock turbos surging also, every since ANY type of chip is installed.... So i about have my dad talked into a nice turbo, spend 2500 once then 900 3 times! plus the work it is me changing them... What is yall opionions on the best turbo, Id like ball bearing, alot of boost and i hear they sound great! the wistle! im about the noise!! Can Iget a high psi ball bearing turbo now and then later buy a quick spooling turbo and then compound it? Or what is the best turbo out there? and the best ball bearing one? Thanks so much guys!

I think im going to go with a GTP39r...with mini mees they guarentee 450rwph..wich is right where I want to sit. keeps my rods and headstuds safe....and it can be used in a compound setup..i think..as far as I know charles from PSN is using one in a compound setup.
