it was actually lost for over 25 years. when my sister sold the family house and moved last year, she found it in the attic, with a bunch of other bottles..
knowing i was the only one that ever drank jack, they returned it to me. it seems when i moved to north carolina, it was put up there by mom with some other things i left.
one of the other bottles that was returned was a bottle of dutch beer. it is a 2 liter deal, kinda like a grolsh bottle.
that one is still seal unbroken also.
and i remember that the other bottles of that beer were very good back in the late 70's, so i can just imagine how it will be when finally opened.
i hope like that sam adams reserve lager that sells for $150 per 1/2 liter bottle
