Door mounted key pad issue
Have a 2001 F150 Lariat with the factory keypad mounted under the door handle.
Lately I have been having an issue with it not unlocking the door. I can see the **** start to come up, but not all the way. When I then try to unlock the passenger door, same thing.
It doesn't seem to always lock the door either when I puch the last two buttons. It tries, but doesn't make it.
Wondering if anyone has experience this before, and what they did to correct it. I am thinking I may take a look at the mechanism in the door to see if something is binding, or need lube.

Sounds like you need to replace your door lock actuators. Good Luck!
