TFI to MSD-6A ??
Hey everyone,
I've been reading about how good the MSD ignition system is. My question is: Does the MSD actually replace the TFI module or is it just an enhancer? I see they sell a harness but it goes in-between the coil. If the TFI module goes bad, will the MSD still do it's job?

TFI to MSD-6A ??
The MSD is just an enhancer. It fires hotter sparks and up to 6 of them at engine speeds below 3000 rpm. If the module fails you will still be stranded along the roadside.
