Header Gaskets
I recently put headers on my rebuilt I6 240 and now have a tick-tick-tick that is driving me nuts under the hood. I know what it is...damn gasket.
Does anyone know if there is a copper gasket for these engines or anyone have any better suggestions?

Header Gaskets
I have a '68 with the 240 and had problems with the header gasket not matching up with the ports on the head. the #6and#5 exhaust ports did not line up with the Fel-pro metal sandwiched gasket. Fel-pro makes a Printo-Seal gasket for this application that you can try instead, I think it has 3 seperate pieces. Or you can order one from Clifford, thats what I have and no more leaks.
