idle problems
have been having odd running problem, seemed heat rlated. codes support that . replaced thermostat and ect sensor.
prior to replacing these parts, check engine light would occasionally come on, aand engine would also quit, but usually restart when cooler. now, light is always on, it will runup to 1500 rpm when first started, but in 5-10 seconds drops to 750 rpms and keeps running.
get code 98 and 61, , which in 61 means check ECT or idle tracking switch. 98 says look for ECA, oxygen sensor(new), or EPC sensor.
has anyone had similar issues ?? and why would codes change from original readings??
