Bent or not
Ok, I don't have a picture of it yet, but on my 77 F-150 4x4, the drag-link? running from the pitman arm to the pass. side has a bend in it, was up cutting wood and dragging stuff out, don't remember hitting anything,,,, but,,,

I do not recall any of those. Have not seen a stock one for a long time, but there is an easy wy to determine if you bent it. The steering wheel will be crooked. If it was straight when you started your day, and on your way home it is way off, this would be a good indication that the drag link is bent.
A bent link will be shorter, and this means that the wheel wiil be off and the turning radius to the right will be limited.

If your truck still has the original setup - what is commonly referred to as "inverted y", then the bend in the drag link is normal and the inner tie rod should be straight (the inner tie rod connects the drag link to the driver-side knuckle). If you have updated to the '78-79 "inverted t" style, then both the center and drag links should be straight.
