Hi.
Hi.
I guess I should tell a little about myself. Well, my dad was a chevy loving man most my life, but I was lucky enuff to lay eyes on a probly about a 69 stang when I was about 5-6 y/o and was a ford fan from that day on. Finally about 2 years ago I got my dad to convert. He's a proud f-150 owner now
!! Anyway I never did get a mustang but I have had a number of trucks and now my first suv, all used. I now have the newest car I have ever owned a 96 explorer 4.0 2wd auto xlt. Got it a month ago (and I now feel like I am driving an 08 navigator sense this is the first car I have ever owned newer than an 89. Ran pretty ruff when I first got it and showed 6 obd codes but now it runs like new and the check e. light is gone. I am a do it yourself guy and has never taken any of my cars to the shop so I might be able to help answer a few questions.
Other cars I own: 88 porsche 944, 87 ranger, and my wife
sadly got a 03 malibu b/f we got married she got it new and it's funny I have less truble and has had to replace less parts on all 3 of my old cars (yes even the porsche).
Well that's about enuff. Thanks for reading. p.s. I suck at speeling so don't laugh too much.

Welcome to FTE buddy. Always nice to have another proud and dedicated Ford owner like myself. Unlike you, my dad raised me to be a Ford kid, he had 3 or 4 different Ford trucks (with some other misc cars too) while I was growing up and they were all very good to us. You're in good company, keep posting and enjoy that explorer
