Yes! It is raining in Central PA!

We are getting heavy rain today. That means it is washing the salt off the roads. If it is dry tomorrow I might take my '54 out for some coffee and eggs!

I will leave my 55 F350 in storage for a while longer since we do get March snows occasionally....

How about the rest of you in the northern climates? When do you plan on driving your trucks?

I just went out to start Old Betsy. With a shot of ether in the carb she started right up. I let her run to get up to temperature. So I'm ready for tomorrow morning, weather permitting.

Rain here too Abe, then at 4;45 was spitting snow. Snow in the forecast for after midnight. Could be a while before the truck comes out. On a good note though, I did put a fresh charge on the battery yesterday while it was 70 degrees.

Update: I just saw that Accu-Weather is predicting 1-3" of snow for Wednesday.

My truck is in pieces. I pulled the front clip for paint and after months of scraping old undercoating off, I’m finally priming everything.

So in 74 degree weather in NJ I’m busy painting, not driving

We went to the basement last night when those storms came thru northern Arkansas. A number of tornadoes in our area, but thankfully most were radar indicated and didn't actually touch down. Lots of close lightening, heavy rain and high wind though and some tornado damage south of us.

It was cold this morning and AccuWeather said it was gonna snow in 72 minutes so I didn't take Old Betsy out for coffee.

After yard work I did take her for a spin this afternoon afternoon. It was good to be behind the wheel again.

The famous bald spot on the Bald Eagle Mountain.

The West Branch of the Susquehanna is running high.

Wow! I feel for you. Two days ago our mountains had snow on them but the warm weather and rain melted that.

Snow can go pretty quick here but this year the cooler temps are lingering and doesn't look like we are going to see steady temps above freezing until the last week of this month..It will cost a $100 to drive around the block by then...lol

Planning for the end of May right now for the first cruise night. If I am lucky will be out earlier but not until the salt is washed off the raods.

We've had plenty of rain since the last salting of the roads. I could be driving it by the end of next week.

Edit: I could have been driving it last week but was too busy.
