sway bars

Wondering what front swaybars will fit my 78 f150 2wd.

Will any sway bars from other years fit with modification? minor fabrications aren't an issue.

73-79 92wd) should all fit. Compare the donor truck to yours before you pull the parts, so you know how it goes together, and where to drill holes, if any.

Just went through it all

I just went through it all. I have a 78 F-250 and put the front and rear sway bars in. The front take a bracket that slide around the twin i-beams on each side. It is a pain but works great and is how it came from the factory. I would not recomend the bolt on kind. take the time and remove the twin I-beams and do it right. The rear is a lot easier. I will post some pictures for you soon.
