After you change to serp. make sure you carry a spare belt with you at all times. Mine has let go with no warning twice, and both belts looked good. Now when I replace a belt for maintenance I put the old one in the truck just in case and I keep a 5/8 wrench handy at all times.

I keep the most recent belt in a bungee cord hooked to the hood reenforcements. The most recent spark plugs, cap, & rotor are in a tool box with a spare coil & ignition module.

i went to the electric fan and gained 10 hp and 2 mpg and on top of that my 94 f 150 runs so much better without the belt driven fan i and upgrading to underdrive power steering and alt you are giving bad advice the underdrives and electric fan setup on a late mod f150 work big time
