A chip or tuner will give you the greatest improvement in power for the money. Intake and exhaust alone will not give you extra power and are nothing more than supporting mods for a chip or tuner. If you swap injectors, you'll need a chip anyway to properly tune for more fuel. A turbo is another supporting mods. You need more fuel to drive a bigger turbo. If you don't add fuel, you won't spool up.
So in short, get a chip for performance, but also get your supporting mods (intake, exhaust, and gauges).
If you are looking for the cheaper and effective end. Go with a DP-Tuner, 6637 intake, Exhaust from Ebay ( can't remember the name) Isspro Gauges, and a BTS Valve body if its an auto just as a starter. That will wake up your truck without a doubt, what year is your truck?
A Chip would be my suggestion. I have the TS 6 position chip on my 7.3L and it far outsurpasses any of the other products I've used. We have them on sale right now too. Of course you should have a set of gauges (at least a pyrometer) when using any electronic performance upgrade. We have them also. If you have any questions give us a shout.
