Not much, you will need all of the electronics and comparable fuel system as well as most of the emissions componants to keep it from throwing a CEL and going into limp mode. A custom tune may allow you to eliminate alot of this stuff. You will also need the mating transmission.

you can eliminate the rear 02 sensors, but will need the front ones for it to run. I would leave the EGR valve, it will reduce detonation at part throttle. You will need custom programming to eliminate the evap system.
