Think all is well
So i have had fuel in my degas bottle for a while, i also had some starting issues. My truck would start easy so i eliminated glow plugs and relay, but it would run rough and smoke for about the first min. Well i replaced all my fuel cups( not that bad) and now i dont have fuel leaking into my degas bottle and my rough running white smoking starts have gone away.
Best i can see is when truck was shut down and lost injector pressure, the cooling system still being warm with pressure pushed coolent into my fuel cup causing rough idle and smokey start. Thats the best i can come up with.
Also replaced UVC cause of p1316 code which turns out to be #4 and #5 short code, but that didnt help. guess i better pull the wiring completley out.
Last is i noticed a crack in two of my IC boots, anyone know where to get em?

Now if you don't want new, I have some stockers in my workshop, you are welcome to them, but I will have to check to see exactly which ones are good.

You can buy an entire set or just the ones you need, I would also recomend upgradeing the clamps.
