glass in headlight assembly

glass in headlight assembly
well tonight my light bulb in my head lilght exploded and shatered glass everywhere in my 07 headlights
has this happened to anyone before and how can i get it all out?

Wow Nhill, any idea why it happened? I never pulled the bulb out of the lenses so I know I never touched them. If you need a bulb let me know as I have 2 spares.

yeah i think i knwo what happened but yeah.. anyways i was out on my girlfriend's familys 120 acres and i was following 8 deer and i couldnt see them that well and was holding my turn signal back so both the lows and highs were on, knowing that it probably wasnt good to do it for long but i had upgraded wiring...to make a long story shorter i completely got distracted and it was too late after the light bulb exploded
can you get those same exact bulbs somewhere you had in there beerstalker so that they match in brightness?

The bulbs I have are the ones that came in the lights I ordered from ebay. I bought two brand new Sylvania Xtravisions to put in since I didn't realize the lights were coming with bulbs installed. I went ahead and put the Xtravisions in because they are supposed to be brighter and last longer, but I kept the other bulbs for spares.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm not 100% sure if the bulbs I have are a perfect match for the factory bulb or not.
