6.9 questions

I am thinking of buying a 6.9 f-250 with a plow on it, do you think the truck will plow fine? will it be able to cruise at 70mph on the freeway? will it do brakestands? will it blow soot? and can I make it loud? These are serious important questions to me i really only care about plowing and highway but burnouts and soot would be cool.

with 4.10 gears 3000 RPM will put you at 70 MPH.
The redline on the diesel is 3300 and operating at RPM that high will suck down the fuel.

Burnouts with a 7000 pound truck can get expensive, driveshafts and U joints do break.

Loud is no problem, remove the mufflers and you will have to roll up the windows to hear the radio.

Blowing black smoke is easy to do, but with fuel prices it can get expensive as well.

The transmission should be a C 6, non overdrive but a tough transmission.

Should be an excellent plow truck if everything is in good shape.
