Hey everyone, I am looking into purchasing the Banks CAI system for my 04' FX4 and was wondering if anyone has it and was wondering if it was worth it, seeing that they charge more for their system.
I have it (and their Monster Exhaust) on my '06 FX4. Love it!
I think they do their homework on everything they sell and think it's worth the extra $$$.
One point to consider. The Banks high flow filter is an 8 ply...the K&N and some others are 2-4 ply and won't filter the dirt as well. Granted you may never notice it, but a filter is supposed to filter, not just flow air.

I have the Banks dual monster exhasut (check out my photos) and agree with Jimmy. It's a quality piece and definately worth the extra $$. Customer service is excellent, as I had a couple of install problems and Banks really went the distance to ensure I was happy.
