coolant filter

I had one of these on my 01 7.3 when I bought it, and was wondering if it would be worth putting one on my 06 6.0? The truck has 64000 miles on it, is it too late to do any good now? just looking for opinions before I spend the 119.00 dollars, thanks Aaron

from what I understood before I got mine not too long ago...... its never too late!! I installed mine at 124k
