What Next?

Ok, I didn't know where else to put this, so it's going here. I've had dual exhausts put on my truck and put some subs in it, and I was wondering what you guys think I should do next? Here's my gallery of it from my old account:

Mud tires is self explanatory, anybody else care to explain the other two to me? Yeh. I don't want to look like an idiot, but I might as well ask.
