Need Help
The auto door locks, auto headlights, and interrior auto lights do not work. As well as the MPG/Compass module on the interrior roof. All the fuses for everything work. The interrior lights come on when I shut the vehicle off, however, when I open the doors they do not ever come on.
Any suggestions on where to look.

Sounds like some sensors are out of whack .
Sorry I don't have in depth info on something that new.
Maybe visit a Ford dealership service dept and ask them for a photo copy of the Troubleshooting guides of those systems from a service manual.
They don't usually make any money on electrical things like this.
Have you checked for a TSB on these things yet ?
