Sold 73 bought 79
Well gentlemen i sold my f100 and have purchased a 79 stepside. A couple things about this purchase that i don't like is the fact that it's an automatic, and it's a 351w, (small block). The good things about my purchase is, it only cost me 700 bones, power steering, disc front power brakes and the 351w is built like an f'n rock lots o power, the motor did low 16's in the quarter mile.
Any input about stepsides, anyone else got one they would be interested in sharing stories about.

I have a 1977 F100 flareside shortbed. I've owned it since 96, and it's been completely restored. I don't drive it very often, only occasionally on nice, sunny summer days. The 73-79 flaresides are quite rare. Shortbed flaresides were only available from 76-79, longbed flaresides were available all years 73-79.
