Find an 86 with the same engine and steal the intake, distributor, and all the ignition crap and put it on yours. Just leave the comp in and tie the wires up neatly somewhere or take it all off in 1 piece in case you want to put it back on or you sell the truck. Just curious, why do you want to do this?

Lame, vehicles that were originally EFI should stay that way unless they are used for racing or something. When I see I Car/Truck that was EFI swapped to carb, I just the think the owner doesnt know what he is doing and is ignorant to learn. With that being said, follow the instructions above and youll be happy, its not too hard. Its a bonus if you can find an HO 351 truck and get all of the stuff off of it, they Had holley 4bbls. Youll have to find some way (fuel Reg, or take the fuel pump out and add a man/low press electric fuel pump) to lower the fuel pressure.
