wiring harness question.

Will a wiring harness from an 85 F150 V8 work in an 83 F150 with an inline 6? I found a good deal on one and this could get my truck back on the road from all my electrical nightmares. Thanks in advance.

Things are in different spots between a v8 and a 6. You could possibly make it work, but it might not fit exactly right. That's in the engine compartment. The body harness should work.
