V-10 ignition

Would anyone possibly know if there is a crank trigger ignition available for the V-10?? I have the engine, but am wanting to do away with the EFI and fab up an intake with Webber downdraft carbs.... I know, the EFI is better, just wanting to try something unique for an induction system that performs well and offers a lot of eye candy.....

Thanks in advance.

I don't have the link any more but there IS a company that has a retrofit kit to run external ignition and carburation.... If google does not help search this forum for CaptChas posts back a year ...he frequently posted the link to the company

I think you might also drop MSD a note and aks if they have one of their boxes that will trigger 10 cylinders

I think this is the link Charlie skooled me on

http://www.sullivanperformance.com/Y...s/products.htm

I am still planning a 23"T" bucket and seriously considering non computerized V10 with carburator(s) under a gutted 6/71 blower

Thanks Fred, I went to their site and fired an email off to them. The information is on it's way to me!!! Gonna be a fun build! Just love the sound of those V-10's!!!! Totally unique from a V-8!!!!

Got to continue my research now on head work, flow rates, header tube size and some camshaft information.

Should have a prototype of the intake on the flowbench at shop of the cylinder head shop I use sometime after the first of the year!!!!!
