Why would you want twin turbo’s? You would be better off with sequential turbo’s, I know sequential turbo’s can be done on a 7.3, but I don't know of a kit for it, most of these have been home made jobs. I think you would be far better off just upgrading the one you have, along with all the other stuff, like HPOP, injectors, fuel pumps, bigger fuel lines. Most of the sequential turbo’s are used in pulling situations anyway, most people are very happy to just upgrade the one they have. Twin turbo’s won't really give more PSI, it's just the either one won't have to work as hard, sequential turbo’s, is where you are going to see the increase in boost.

You need to address your connecting rods before doing twins. Since your truck is an 02 it has powerdered metal rods "PMR's". They will make an early exit if you do too many mods, i would stay away from twin turbos.

I didn't look at what truck he had, lukecline is right your going to have to replace those rods if you want to make serious power. PMR=Crap

/\ Those bent rods really had to make a mess inside the engine when they went. With enough HP you can destroy anything if not properly equiped to handle it.

Stokin It, just wants you to use proper terminology, because there is a huge difference between twin turbo, and what diesels use squential or dual turbos. Twin turbos is where each turbo runs one bank of pistons like what is used in most performance gas engines. But because gas engines aren't as strong they can't take the abuse of high boost, unless full blown race engines. So in a twin turbo set-up each turbo has less boost, is usually smaller, so you have less turbo lag. In the dual turbo set-up you get max boost, and still a quick spoot time, but far more boost than with a twin turbo set-up.

You have a long way to go before you need to worry about bending your rods . I bent mine @550rwhp on fuel only. They werent bent that bad, but had a definate curve to them.
