any ideas??

i have an '05 with a shade over 40,000 miles on it. just got in it and started it up. it idled at 500-600 rpm with absolutely no throttle response for about 1 minute. outside temp was 73. any ideas or ever seen this before?

I am by no way an expert, but the peddle you were pushing on is fly by wire. No signal, no engine input. Check with your dealer and have it looked at.
