Power Seat Problem

I have two problems with my driver side seat on my 05 v10 Limited Ex.

My driver side seat randomly moves on it's own.
I go to get in to the Ex and the seat has moved up and raised up. I am the only driver so it not the usual my wife left the seat up issue (her 5'-8 vs. my 6'-6" seating needs) This usually happens overnight but, I have had one case where the seat very slowly crept up while I was driving on a long drive to Houston.

I also have had the seat heater switch on as I drive. (Not to be confused with my bumping the switch as I enter the vehicle. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/n...ewthread&f=29#) The seat heater switched on when I have hit small bumps or potholes as I drive.

How do I solve the two problems or are they related like I have an electrical wiring problem.

Sounds like a switch problem. Since these switches are sealed and not easily serviced, there is little to lose checking eBay for a replacement. A second possibility is wire chafing but that's an easy check of the wire harness. Anything else would likely blow a fuse or result in a non-functioning feature.
