15W-40 is recommended for summers and trailer towing.
10W-30 is recommended for winter use.
5W-30 or 5W-40 is recommended for temps below 30F.
0W-30 is recommended for temps befow 0F
Change engine oil and filter every 5,000 miles when driving in severe conditions. Always change the filter.

Motorcraft has their site set up screwy so it is hard to link directly to manuals. Here is a link to the site though.
