Which Mods to make?

Greetings all. I am finally taking the plunge in modding my otherwise stock 2001 Excursion Limited 4x4 Diesel. It currently has 121,000 miles and the only problem I have had so far is having to replace the CPS twice. I have already installed Bilstein shocks and a Nathan K3LA train horn and am ready to take the next step.

The vehicle is a daily driver and I am a volunteer firefighter and former police officer. The vehicle is sometimes used for emergency response (code 3 on the highway.) I rarely haul heavy loads and make occasional roadtrips.

Maintenance on my baby has been meticulous.

I will soon be ordering the MBRP 4" stainless turbo back exhaust.

Next is the intake. I am considering just going the Ford AIS system, but am open to suggestion.

Now for the programmer, I am definetly going with DP Tuner and doing the job right the first time. I am looking for recommendations between the Edge Evolution II with DP Tuning programs on board or the SCT tuner with DP Tuning on board.

Discussion/further recommendations?

Thanks

Not in the near future. Dwelling into the suspension i.e. springs etc. is way passed by skill level. I do, however like the look of 05exursions' ride and might later consider a 2-4 inch job, but that's way down the road.
