stalled no start

what i have is a 1997 ford f-250 hd with 7.3l i have replaced css,idm,ipr,pcm still nothing i removed fuel filter housing found screen plugged cleand and reinstalled still nothing will run on starting fluid fuel press is at 55psi any suggetions

Sounds like the CPS (AKA the CMP or CAMP) has failed.

have also replaced camshaft sensor twice also ck hpop is over 600psi
