I have a theory that I might be getting a false lean condition after warm up. I understand that if these solenoids malfuction, air can always be directed into the air tubes at the exhaust upstream from the O2 sensor.
No, Exhaust pressure would keep fresh air out. but if the EGR is not working, You would get more fresh air (instead of a litttle exhaust gas) into the combustion chamber. Normally though, when this happens, it doesn't affect anything, and the computer compensates based on feedback from the O2 sensors.
Unless you have a hole in your Y-pipe above the O2 sensor, Replace your O2 sensors.
